Sushi Burger

Steps
Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
Place a seaweed sheet on a cutting board and spread a layer of sushi rice on top.
Arrange cooked shrimp, avocado slices, cucumber, pickled ginger, and sesame seeds on the rice.
Cover with another layer of sushi rice and gently press down to form a compact sushi patty.
Repeat the process to make a second sushi patty.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and soy sauce to make a sushi-inspired sauce.
Preheat a grill or a pan over medium heat.
Toast the burger buns until lightly golden.
Place a sushi patty on the bottom bun and top with lettuce, tomato, and onion slices.
Drizzle the sushi-inspired sauce on top.
Cover with the top bun and serve your unique Sushi Burger!
