Sushi Burger

Steps


  • Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.

  • Place a seaweed sheet on a cutting board and spread a layer of sushi rice on top.

  • Arrange cooked shrimp, avocado slices, cucumber, pickled ginger, and sesame seeds on the rice.

  • Cover with another layer of sushi rice and gently press down to form a compact sushi patty.

  • Repeat the process to make a second sushi patty.

  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and soy sauce to make a sushi-inspired sauce.

  • Preheat a grill or a pan over medium heat.

  • Toast the burger buns until lightly golden.

  • Place a sushi patty on the bottom bun and top with lettuce, tomato, and onion slices.

  • Drizzle the sushi-inspired sauce on top.

  • Cover with the top bun and serve your unique Sushi Burger!
